SHIPPING METHOD | UK Delivery is 2nd class recorded mail and will take between 2-4 business days for travel. 1st class recorded delivery and next day delivery are available, just message me to let me know you'd like to upgrade your postage. Everywhere else is Standard Airmail and will take between 7-14 business days for travel. This method of postage isn't tracked or recorded. Express and tracked delivery is available just message me to let me know you'd like to upgrade your postage. LOST, STOLEN, AND UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS | Postage failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. If your shipment is sent without being recorded or tracked: • BLACKTHORN JEWELLERY is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without being recorded or tracked are on the responsibility of the buyer. • I am unable to replace or reship items purchased without them having been recorded or tracked. • If you want to purchase a recorded or tracked method of delivery you may do so by contacting me prior to ordering.
SHIPMENT AND ADDRESS CHANGES | I strive to ship with 1-2 business days of purchase, for this reason I will use the addresses provided to me on the invoice. Be sure to verify your address because: • I will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. This includes Paypal addresses. • Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES | I love what I do and I want you to love your items. However brand new, unworn, unused items with no signs of visible wear, may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please notify me within 3 days of receipt so I can arrange the return and refund. Buyer pays return postage and initial postage costs will not be refunded (Item only). Please feel free to ask me any questions about items you may have up front. INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases.
